Our carefully selected partner organisations are central to the successful implementation of CO-OPERAID projects. Extensive experience in project implementation is just as essential as clear monitoring and financial processes and open, collaborative partnerships based on mutual respect.

We establish long-term, trust-based partnerships with carefully selected partner organisations rather than awarding projects through open calls for proposals. We proactively select our partner organisations based on our thematic priorities and geographical focus. For this reason, we are unable to review, process or respond to unsolicited proposals.

CEFORD, Uganda

Community Empowerment for Rural Development (CEFORD) is an Ugandan NGO in Arua, West Nile region. Its focus is rural development with livelihood and education.

Child Rescue Kenya

Child Rescue Kenya (CRK) works in the city of Kitale. Its social projects serve slum dwellers and children and youth living on the streets.

HF, Bangladesh

Humanitarian Foundation (HF) is a national NGO that was founded and is led by persons of several indigenous communities, active in the Bandarban hill tracts.

SOFDEC, Cambodia

Society for Community Development (SOFDEC) is a national NGO that mainly supports the rural population in Kampong Chhnang province with education and livelihood projects.

The partner organisation Eco Himal Nepal is a Nepalese NGO founded in 2009. Its mission is to strengthen communities in particularly remote and mountainous regions. Its current projects focus primarily on health, hygiene and primary education. A participatory approach is at the very heart of the organisation’s work.

The partner organisation Nepal Youth Foundation is a Nepalese NGO founded in 1990. Its mission is to provide quality education and vocational training, particularly for disadvantaged young people.
